These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the TCJA Products merchant workspace platform, website, and related services (collectively, the "Services"), provided by TCJA PRODUCTS LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 16207219), registered office at 128 City Road, London, United Kingdom, EC1V 2NX ("TCJA", "we", "us"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
TCJA Products provides two categories of services to retail brand owners:
Every storefront we administer or support trades under the client's own company, connects to the client's own payment account, and settles sales revenue directly into the client's own business bank account. Our Services are administrative and organisational in nature.
TCJA Products is not a payment processor and does not provide payment processing services. We do not:
Clients retain full ownership and control of their own payment accounts and receive payments directly from their customers, entirely outside of our platform's involvement in the payment flow.
Our revenue comes solely from monthly subscription fees paid by clients for access to our workspace, tools and support services, together with any separately agreed fees for managed storefront operations. Fees, billing cycles and plan details are agreed at the time of onboarding. Subscriptions are billed monthly and may be cancelled at any time in accordance with your plan terms.
To use our Services, you must be a legally operating business with an existing (or newly created) payment account — such as a Stripe account — that you control. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your workspace login credentials and for all activity under your account.
You agree to provide accurate business information, comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction, and use the Services only for lawful business purposes. You remain solely responsible for your relationship with your payment provider, your customers, and any third-party accounting software you connect. Where we operate a storefront on your behalf, you remain responsible for the accuracy of product information you supply and for the lawful sale of your goods.
You may not use our Services to engage in fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activity, attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, or interfere with the operation of the platform.
All content, software, and materials associated with the TCJA Products platform are the property of TCJA PRODUCTS LTD or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TCJA Products shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. As we do not process payments or hold funds, we bear no liability for issues arising directly from your payment account, payment processing, or third-party accounting integrations.
Either party may terminate the subscription with notice as set out in your plan agreement. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Services for breach of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
