Why It Exists

Notified is not the same as defended.

Your payment provider tells you a dispute was filed — then leaves the rest to you: gather evidence, format it correctly and submit it, all inside a tight window while you run your business. Most merchants lose winnable disputes not because the case is weak, but because the process is punishing.

  • Disputes detected automatically from your connected account
  • Evidence compiled for you — transaction record, delivery tracking, order history and correspondence
  • Responses prepared on your behalf, submitted through your account before the deadline
  • Outcome tracked and reported inside your workspace

Common Questions

What evidence does TCJA Products submit? +
Where available we package the original transaction record, customer IP and geolocation, device data, billing-address match, order confirmation details, and delivery tracking information — compiled into the format the card networks expect.
Do I need to do anything? +
Nothing for standard disputes. You're notified when a dispute is filed and again when it's resolved. For complex cases your account manager may reach out for additional information.
Whose account is the dispute on? +
Yours, always. Disputes are handled through your own payment account via the official connection you granted us. Funds from won disputes settle to your business account as normal — we never touch them.
Does Stripe offer automated chargeback handling? +
Stripe offers "Chargeback Protection" as an optional paid add-on with specific eligibility criteria — it is not automatic for all merchants. Dispute management support is included in TCJA Products workspaces.
